Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Prior to having a patent application on file, you should not disclosure your idea or invention to others (except attornies or others having a duty of confidentiallity) unless they have signed an NDA.  If your invention is disclosed or offered for sale, the time you have to file a patent application may be limited.  The following NDA is very simple and basic and is concerned primarily with protecting your patent rights.
